Kyle Morrison
Practice Manager
I was born and raised in Milwaukee and have always had a passion for helping others. That passion naturally led me to a career centered on customer service, leadership, and supporting people in meaningful ways. I am especially dedicated to mental health advocacy and suicide prevention. I currently serve on the Volunteer Board of Directors for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Wisconsin Chapter, where I help promote awareness, education, and hope throughout our communities. I hold a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Upper Iowa University, along with a Diploma in Medical Assisting. My diverse educational background allows me to bring a unique perspective that blends healthcare, leadership, and community advocacy. Outside of work and volunteer efforts, I enjoy crafting, spending time outdoors on nature trails, watching movies, and relaxing with my cats. My favorite place to travel is London.

Lotus Norris
Medical Administrative Assistant
As a Medical Administrative Assistant, I'm often one of the first people clients connect with, and my hope is that they feel welcomed and at ease whenever they interact with me. I've spent most of my career in the nonprofit sector because mission-based work is how I give back to the community, and I've always been a big advocate for mental health - I believe that when you feel good on the inside, it shows on the outside. I'm also a Reiki Practitioner. In 2017, my sister and I founded Women Coming Together (WCT) to share resources and advice, and I'm also involved with Harbor House Domestic Violence Shelter and volunteer with Feeding America. Outside of work, I drum and chant every rising and love camping, hiking, reading, biking, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I'm so happy to be part of the team at A Healing Place! As a Medical Administrative Assistant, I bring over 21 years of experience in hospital and healthcare settings, with a background in patient care, mental health support, and medical administration. For me, working in mental health is all about compassion, patience, and empathy. My hope is that clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable when interacting with me, in a welcoming environment where they feel supported without judgment. Outside of work, I run my own online inspirational blog and enjoy self-care and creative hobbies that keep me balanced and inspired.
