My name is Abby Mohnen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in training.
I have a passion in the realm of self-esteem, self-confidence, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, disordered eating behaviors, body image, and understanding and navigating personal empowerment and growth.

My goal is to be genuine, caring, nonjudgemental, and accepting of each individual and the story of their life. I am a believer that every person has the capability and capacity to grow, survive, and conquer their own unique versions of life. I am thankful to be a small piece of someone’s story, traveling alongside them, welcoming whatever journey they may be on. I strive to be collaborative and compassionate in my work with client’s, meeting each person where they are at.
