I believe that with the right care, happiness and recovery are possible!  

For over 25 years, this belief has sustained my work in the Human Services field. Earning a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling served as my educational foundation. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in mindfulness, positive psychology, and providing therapy for individuals with trauma histories, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from ages 4 to adult. Whatever the age, I want my clients to not just survive but thrive.

My diverse professional history stems from experience in the non-profit, public service and private practice areas. I developed programs from grassroots to become successful programs that provide services to large populations. These programs strengthened the innovative and administrative skills I utilize when helping agencies establish their own programs and expand services.

I strongly value collaboration, especially when finding the best solutions or treatment for my clients. My dedication to service, authenticity, sense of humor, and compassionate outlook drive my work and allow me to wholeheartedly address my range of clients' needs. While I am the guide, my clients take the wheel and choose the route. We journey together to create positive change.

Sheng Lee

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience working as a mental health professional and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and stress. I also help many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse while incorporating culturally sensitive approaches. 

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
